Designed by Studio Power Architects, the new building will contain 35 one- two- and three-bedroom luxury apartments and several ground floor commercial units. The plot is in the Earls Court regeneration area, which aims to create a sense of community by creating more pedestrianised, communal spaces alongside commercial and residential units. Cluny Mews realises this vision by elegantly curving the building around beautifully landscaped communal gardens and green spaces, with seated areas designed to facilitate neighbourly conversation. The facade will be finished in buff cream brick reflective of the Victorian splendour of the surrounding architecture.
The plot sits within a private mews in one of the most affluent London boroughs, near the open spaces of holland park and Kensington Gardens and with rapid links across the city, being moments from Earls court tube station.
