Paul began his career as an Estimator and has since worked in the industry for over 30 years, including over 10 years as Managing Director of a prominent regional contractor.
Paul is responsible for all of Domis’ pre-construction activity and his convivial attitude coupled with excellent attention to detail forms the foundation of our client relations.
Steve started his career as a Civil Engineer before transitioning into the construction industry, where he has amassed over 30 years of experience across a variety of sectors.
Throughout his career, he has successfully delivered large-scale, complex projects on time and within budget. With a strong focus on operational delivery and team leadership, Steve is dedicated to motivating his teams to achieve exceptional results, consistently meeting the highest standards and exceeding client expectations.
