PROJECT

Nobu Hotel, Restaurant & Residences Manchester

Great Bridgewater Street, Manchester City Centre

The 76-storey development, built above historic Viadux arches, brings together 160 hotel rooms, 452 residences, signature Nobu dining and a thoughtfully curated collection of amenities.

Designed by SimpsonHaugh and with interiors by Bowler James Brindley, the project blends Nobu’s refined Japanese sensibility with Manchester’s industrial heritage. Founded by Chef Nobu Matsuhisa, Robert De Niro and Meir Teper, Nobu’s 30-year legacy of innovation and craft now takes on a new form, one shaped by the city’s own pioneering spirit where hotel, hospitality and home meet.
