Completed Spring 2019, Local Blackfriars is a gated community comprising of 383 apartments, townhouses, and penthouses across two striking towers.

These are architecturally blended into a Grade II-listed public house, the Blackfriars Pub, an iconic landmark in Manchester, lovingly restored beyond its former glory.
