Leeds Urban Village

Leeds City Centre

Leeds Urban Village (LuV) is a landmark regeneration project that will deliver 1,012 new homes to the east of Marsh Lane, contributing significantly to the city’s eastward expansion. Located on a 3.8 acre brownfield site just outside Leeds city centre, the scheme will transform underused land into a vibrant, mixed-use urban neighbourhood.

The development is arranged across five residential blocks, varying in scale and form, designed to bring a strong sense of community to a growing area. The proposed homes will include a blend of Build to Rent, Open Market Sale, and Affordable Mixed-Tenure options, catering to a wide range of residents and lifestyles.

At the heart of the project sits a 1.13-acre public park, offering green space and providing a focal point for both residents and visitors. This central green will act as the community's anchor promoting health, wellbeing, and social interaction.

In addition to the residential offer, Leeds Urban Village will feature over 18,000 sq ft of ground-floor commercial and residential amenity space, activating the street level with cafés, retail, co-working, and lifestyle uses that will bring life and energy to the area throughout the day and into the evening.

Delivered through a forward-thinking joint venture, Leeds Urban Village is set to become a key part of the city’s evolving urban fabric blending modern living with green infrastructure, connectivity, and inclusive design. This is not just a housing scheme; it's the creation of a new urban community for Leeds.
