Domis Construction is pleased to confirm that BSR Gateway approval has been secured for the Whitworth Street West.
Working with our valued client Glenbrook, the scheme will bring forward an impressive high rise BTR residential accommodation development located in the heart of the City Centre.
The development comprises a 44-storey tower featuring 364 luxury BTR homes, impressive amenity provision and associated public realm.
Designed for contemporary urban living, each apartment will feature generous open-plan layouts, large windows to maximise natural light, sleek kitchens with integrated appliances and refined bathroom finishes.
The location is central to the scheme’s appeal. Adjacent to Deansgate Station and close to the heart of the City Centre and supported by direct road, rail and tram connections, the scheme will provide residents and guests with quick access to key employment, cultural and leisure destinations across Manchester and the wider region.
With Gateway approval now secured, Domis is looking forward to commencing construction in within the first quarter of 2027 and help bring another placemaking scheme to the Manchester skyline.
