Domis Construction is pleased to confirm that BSR Gateway approval has been secured for VIVERE Residences, a landmark aparthotel and residential scheme in Manchester’s fast-evolving Cornbrook district.
Delivered for valued client Forshaw Property Group, the scheme will bring forward a premium residential and aparthotel offer in one of the city’s most connected neighbourhoods, strengthening Cornbrook’s role as a key regeneration corridor between Manchester city centre, Salford Quays and Trafford.
The development comprises a 24-storey tower featuring 237 luxury homes, including 74 one-bedroom apartments, 158 two-bedroom apartments and five standout penthouses with private terraces and panoramic views across the canals, Salford Quays and the Manchester skyline.
Designed for contemporary urban living, each apartment will feature generous open-plan layouts, large windows to maximise natural light, sleek kitchens with integrated appliances and refined bathroom finishes.
Beyond the apartments, VIVERE Residences will offer a strong lifestyle-led amenity provision, including private dining, co-working space, a coffee bar, cinema room, games room, fully equipped gym and yoga studio.
The wider scheme also includes an 88-room aparthotel across four floors, adding to the project’s mixed-use appeal and supporting the creation of a vibrant new destination within Cornbrook.
The location is central to the scheme’s appeal. Anchored by the Cornbrook Metrolink interchange and supported by direct road connections, VIVERE Residences will provide residents and guests with quick access to key employment, cultural and leisure destinations across Manchester and the wider region.
With Gateway approval now secured, Domis is looking forward to commencing construction in the coming month and helping bring another placemaking scheme to the Manchester skyline.
This milestone would not have been possible without the hard work and dedication of the wider project team, including Leach Rhodes Walker, Renaissance, Futureserv, DFC, Jameson Acoustics, Wright Landscapes, the wider design supply chain and Project Four Safety as BRPD.
