Domis has marked an important stage in the delivery of Lumina Village, Old Trafford, with a topping out ceremony alongside project partners Glenbrook, Moorfield, Trafford Council and Bruntwood.
The event signalled the completion of the concrete frame for the Build-to-Rent (BTR) phase of the scheme, which will provide 440 homes exclusively for rent. Spread across a mix of apartments and townhouses, this neighbourhood will also feature high-quality public space, including a central village green designed to bring residents together.

Lumina Village is transforming the former Kellogg’s HQ into a £250 million mixed-use destination. The Domis-delivered BTR homes are due for phased completion from May 2026, with the full programme completing in July 2026.
As part of Trafford Council’s ambitious Civil Quarter Area Action Plan, Lumina Village will contribute to a wider programme of regeneration delivering new homes, commercial space, public realm and improved infrastructure across a 120-acre stretch of Old Trafford.
