Fusion Manchester in Deansgate, has officially topped out, marking a major construction milestone for our Domis site team and our client, Fusion Students.
Joined by Fusion and the wider stakeholder team, we celebrated not only the structure reaching its highest point but also the strength of our partnership throughout the build.
Following remarks from Fusion Manchester’s Project Lead, Andrew, we reiterated our thanks to the terrific site team who, over the past 18 months, have worked tirelessly, often into late weekday nights and on Saturdays to bring Fusion’s vision to life.
We were touched by Fusion’s kind words as first-time collaborators with Domis. As André Ferdinand, Fusion’s Project Director, shared:
“We have had the privilege of working with Domis Construction on this exciting and technically challenging project. Prior to formally engaging, we visited their Viadux site and were extremely impressed by their management of a highly complex development. Seeing that same precision and expertise delivered at Deansgate, now successfully topped out, has reinforced our confidence that Domis are the right partners to bring Fusion’s vision to life.”
To commemorate the occasion, an engraved trowel was presented to our client during the ceremony.
Fit-out works are now progressing rapidly, rising floor by floor. It’s the final push for our site team ahead of handover next year.
